Why is my tracking number not working?

As mentioned in a previous email your tracking will not move until it has arrived in Texas.

We had to ship the Advent Calendars in batches because the shipping costs ended up being more than double what we initially expected due to the large size of the boxes.

To manage these costs without increasing prices for our customers, we partnered with a Texas warehouse. This warehouse is responsible for preparing the labels and forwarding the calendars to you as soon as they arrive in Texas.

At the moment, if you have a tracking number with no movement your parcel has just finished customs clearance and is on the way to us. From there, it will be shipped directly to you.

We estimate the arrival for US customers to be in the first week of December.

What delays and issues have occurred?

As you may know, our project started back in June, and while we’ve been working hard to ensure a smooth process, several unexpected challenges have caused some delays in fulfilling orders.

We believe it's important to be transparent with you, so here are the key issues we’ve encountered:

  1. Box Sizing Issue: Our box manufacturer initially provided incorrect dimensions, which meant that some items didn’t fit as planned. As a result, we had to re-size the boxes, which not only delayed production but also increased shipping costs.
  2. Supplier Delays: Some of our suppliers were unable to meet the specified deadlines promised, further impacting the timely arrival of products.
  3. Typhoon: A recent typhoon caused significant disruptions in transportation and delivery times.
  4. Stricter Customs Inspections: Stricter customs inspections have led to longer-than-anticipated delays in processing our shipments. Unfortunately, this held up our items longer than expected, contributing to the overall shipping delay.
Can I cancel my order?

We understand that delays can be disappointing, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused. As your advent calendar is already in the shipping process and on its way, we’re unable to offer refunds at this time.

We want to reassure you that your advent calendar will arrive soon and will bring the holiday joy we’ve carefully packed into it.
