When will my Pokémon Box ship?
All boxes ship towards the end of each month, regardless of when you place your order. If you order on the 1st or the 20th, your box will still be shipped at the same time as everyone else's.
Can I buy just one box?
Yes! You can choose a one-time purchase if you don’t want to subscribe. Perfect for gifting or trying it out before committing.
How does the subscription work?
If you subscribe, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s box. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your member’s area — no strings attached!
If your box hasn’t shipped yet and you no longer want it, just let us know! We’re happy to issue a refund if the box hasn’t been dispatched.
