When will my Ghibli Box ship?
All Ghibli Boxes ship towards the end of each month, regardless of when you place your order. If you order on the 1st or the 20th, your box will still be shipped at the same time as everyone else's.
Can I buy a one-time box?
Yes! You can choose a one-time purchase if you don’t want to subscribe. Perfect for gifting or trying it out before committing.
How does the subscription work?
If you subscribe, you’ll be billed on the 3rd of each month for that month’s box. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your member’s area — no strings attached!
If your box hasn’t shipped yet and you no longer want it, just let us know! We’re happy to issue a refund if the box hasn’t been dispatched.

Product availability: While this rarely happens, please note that items may occasionally change due to supplier issues. If an intended item is out of stock, we will replace it with an equally cute item of a similar design. We do our best to stick to the planned selections, and any changes are made only when absolutely necessary to ensure your box arrives on time and full of beautiful surprises!
